TESTIMONIALS
“Top Notch Balloons were so professional and helpful! I absolutely loved the display they created for my daughter’s graduation drive-by! Julie, my consultant, went above and beyond to create the look I wanted. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use again!”

Fantastic experience. High quality service. Julie was very responsive and was so easy to work with via email. Balloons arrived well before our scheduled delivery time which was perfect. Both gentlemen who delivered the balloons were outstanding. They were extremely personable and provided us with great customer service! Highly recommend Top Notch Balloon Creations for anyone hosting a party, work event, etc. Thank you!!!

I have to be honest, I don't usually leave reviews, but I could not let My Experience With Top Notch Balloon Creations go unnoticeable! My experience was Beyond Top Notch! My Mom Turned 80 on November 1st and she's never had a Birthday Party! Covid-19 ruined me and my siblings plans of giving her a traditional Surprise Birthday Party, but with The Help Of Julie and Patty Our Surprise Birthday Drive Thru Was A Success! With just one call the next day Julie provided me with several visual options.
Julie and her assistant were great! So friendly and extremely helpful from the planning stages to the event. This is our second year using Top Notch Balloon Creations for a large event and we will continue to go back to them. The custom balloons that we were able to have this year tied in our theme. Overall, just helped take our event to the next level. Thank you! 🙂
I definitely recommend Top Notch to everyone! From the beginning of my search, Ms. Cylla was very responsive and courteous. Unfortunately after we had to make the difficult decision to cancel our graduation party, Ms. Cylla totally understood and offered me a full refund! In addition to that, she had a balloon bouquet delivered to my daughter to celebrate her accomplishment. I am very grateful and appreciative for this company. Please check out their excellent work, you will not be disappointed!

Beautiful balloons, easy to work with, on time and made the day of my six year old with the six foot ballon 6 on our front yard.
